Wind, hail, or a tree through the roof? Storm claims get patched when they should be replaced. We scope what the damage actually needs and deal with your insurance company for you.
Tell us what happened. We'll tell you straight whether you need us.
We checked. Not one public adjuster in this market publishes their fee. We'd rather just tell you.
Our fee is capped at 10% of your settlement – that's the ceiling, not the starting point. Nothing upfront, nothing hourly, and nothing at all if we don't recover for you.
Free. If your offer is already fair, we'll tell you.
We inspect it ourselves, including what the first estimate missed.
Nothing goes to your insurer until you've seen it and said yes.
Calls, paperwork, pushback. You get your life back.
Aaron and his team at ICA well exceeded my expectations! They kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process and got me nearly 4 times what my insurance company offered! I highly recommend ICA when dealing with an insurance claim! Very professional and thorough start to finish! Thx again ICA!!!
Aaron is great to work with! I've used him twice for claims and highly recommend speaking with ICA before you contact your insurance company if you need to make a claim. ICA was very thorough about what was covered under my policy and made sure I was reimbursed for every penny. My insurance company is a good company, but I am confident their adjuster would not have identified everything I was entitled to the way ICA did.
I’ve used Aaron and his team in the past during a terrible loss and he made things easy and seamless. Very professional and thorough. During a tough time like property loss, Aaron is exactly what you need to remove the stress and help you through the process. Highly recommend.
If something happens to your home and you need to file an insurance claim, calling ICA will be one of the best decisions you can make. The second story of my home was completely gutted by a fire. I knew the insurance claim process was going to be a long and stressful one, but I never expected the insurance company to make things as difficult as they did. That’s when I decided to call Aaron at Insurance Claims Assistance. After agreeing to the terms and signing the contract, Aaron took care of everything. He handled the phone calls, negotiations, and communication with the insurance company, and he kept me updated every step of the way. I never felt like I had to worry about what was happening or what needed to be done. Most importantly, Aaron was able to negotiate a significantly larger settlement than what the insurance company initially offered. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made an incredibly difficult situation much easier for me and my family. I honestly don’t see any reason to go through an insurance claim like this on your own. If you find yourself dealing with a major loss or a difficult insurance claim, I highly recommend giving Aaron and Insurance Claims Assistance a call. They will work tirelessly on your behalf to make sure you receive what you are entitled to and help get your home and life back to normal—or even better than before.
Dealing with a basement water loss is one of the most stressful, overwhelming experiences a homeowner can face. The damage, the uncertainty about coverage, the endless paperwork, adjusting, contractors, and the constant worry about what comes next can feel crushing. Aaron and his team at ICA completely changed that for us. From the moment we reached out, they stepped in with calm expertise and genuine care. They guided us through every step of the claims process, explained what we needed to document, helped communicate with the insurance company, and advocated on our behalf so we didn’t have to carry the full weight alone. What could have been months of frustration and second-guessing instead became a structured, manageable process. Their team turned one of the worst situations we’ve experienced as homeowners into something that actually felt positive — we felt supported, informed, and protected the entire way. If you’re facing a water damage claim (or any insurance claim that feels overwhelming), I can’t recommend ICA highly enough. They don’t just assist with the paperwork — they restore a sense of control and peace of mind when you need it most. Truly grateful for their help.
The team at ICA was great!! I’m out of state but my mother’s home is in Michigan. She had a big water loss and I couldn’t come back and forth for the claim. Aaron and his team at ICA did amazing. They kept me updated throughout, and the final settlement they got us was waaaaay more than I expected. Job well done guys. If anybody is out of state with rentals or family…Call ICA to handle it! They took all the stress away and got an amazing final settlement so we could get my moms home put back. Thx ICA!!

| The insurer's adjuster | You, on your own | ICA | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who pays them | Your insurance company | Nobody – it's your weekend | A percentage of your settlement. Nothing upfront. |
| Who they answer to | Their employer. Not you. | You | You. Legally. It's the entire job. |
| Who reads the policy | They do – and they know the exclusions cold | You. All 40 pages of it. | We do, line by line, before we touch anything else. |
| Who documents the loss | They write the estimate | You, against their estimate | We re-document it independently – including what you can't see. |
| Who wins if you're underpaid | Them | Nobody | Nobody – we're only paid out of what's recovered. |
Make the home safe, document the damage before anything gets moved, and don't let anyone rush you into signing.
Storm claims usually get underpaid on scope: a repair where the roof needs replacing, or a few shingles where the whole slope is damaged. Your insurance company's adjuster works for them. You can hire your own.
Hail and wind damage across a roof slope often justifies replacing it, not spot repairs.
New shingles or siding that don't match the old look like a patch. Michigan has no matching law, so your policy wording and good documentation decide it.
When a roof is replaced, current code can require items like ice barrier or new decking. Ordinance or law coverage may pay for them.
Bruised shingles, vents, flashing, gutters, and interior leaks that show up weeks later.
Repairs to what the tree hit, and removing that tree, are often covered up to a limit. Trees that fell without hitting anything usually aren't, unless one blocks your driveway; some policies cover that too.
In a Michigan winter, ice dams push water under shingles and into ceilings. That interior damage belongs in the claim too.

The best public adjuster for your insurance claim.– Endrit M., Google
Usually, when it's sudden storm damage and not wear and tear. The disagreement is almost always over how much damage there is and whether it needs a repair or a full replacement. That's where we come in.
Damage to the house is generally covered, along with removing the tree that hit it, often up to a set limit. Some policies also cover removing a tree that blocks your driveway. Check your policy for the debris removal limit, or send it to us and we'll read it.
That's one of the most common reasons storm claims get cut. We document the storm damage separately from age and condition so the two don't get blurred together.
It depends on your policy, and some set tight deadlines. Report it as soon as you can. Separately, Michigan generally gives you at least 1 year from the loss to sue your insurer, with the clock paused from the date you report it until they formally deny it. Don't sit on it.
No. We don't canvass after storms, and we'll never ask you to sign anything on your porch. Michigan requires a state-approved public adjuster contract, and you get time to cancel it.
Michigan property policies include an appraisal process. Either side can demand it in writing, each picks an appraiser, and a judge can name the tiebreaker if they can't agree. It's often faster than a lawsuit, and it's one of the tools we use when a fair number won't come any other way.
Michigan law gives insurers deadlines. Within 30 days of your claim they have to tell you in writing what proof of loss they need. If they don't pay within 60 days of getting satisfactory proof of loss, they owe you 12% interest on top.
